My Coaching . . . is for everyday people who hold inside themselves un-fulfilled dreams, plans, and purpose - and are ready now to take steps to see them unfold. In addition, it is for the visionary who wants to be coached to live a successful, spiritually fulfilling life. My coaching is not about advising you, but about encouraging and supporting you on the journey toward your dreams as you seek new insights and clarity along the way. First- steps are "Pioneering Steps" And this is what I am asking you to take. The first step into new territory takes a lot of courage - but you do not need to strive. As we work together to follow biblical principles, you will chart out a new and powerfully freeing path with the support of one who has been where you are. About Our Coaching Sessions... Each of our sessions will be 50 minute telephone sessions. Because relationally it is important for both of us to feel comfortable in our coaching connection, your first session will be free. From there, we can determine if my coaching style is right for you at this time. If it is, you may choose from a number of scheduling and payment options. I encourage you however, to plan for at least four consecutive sessions in order that you may allow yourself an adequate amount of time to experience the effectiveness of coaching in your life. It may relieve you to know that Coaching is not therapy. Therefore, there will be no assessments or diagnosis, scrutiny or judgment whatsoever on my part toward you. I ask the same of you toward me. Coaching can be, however, very therapeutic in that it will allow you to freely express and to be "heard" without bias. We will work together to draw out your own buried insights, your hidden gifts and inner wisdom, which bring you to clarity and successful decision-making in life. My only expectation is that you "show-up" as you really are, that you remain true to yourself and be "fully present" and not distracted during our appointed times.
