About The Coaching Process

    The Roles of Coach and Client
    The role of coach and client is as peers. I am a trained professional and certified
    coach, not a licensed therapist and do not attempt to provide diagnosis or treatment.
    I maintain a very strict code of confidentiality and boundaries. I may tell you what I
    want for you, but our coaching relationship is about your agenda always. I listen,
    reflect, ask questions, give perspectives, and options. I support you to find and
    foster your vision, and attain your goals. We will work from your core values
    and integrity, and I believe that you always know what is best for you.

    Free Introductory Session:
    I would be honored to have a complimentary session with you! I believe that each
    person offers a unique contribution to the world. You are one of them! Because our
    coaching relationship is about working with your gifts, purpose and passions, it is
    you who sets the agenda for the session we will have.

    I will respond to your session request via e-mail with a session prep form and some
    dates to choose from. I encourage you to show up at your session relaxed and fully
    prepared to discuss what has heart and meaning, and be ready to start our session
    with an understanding of one very real thing which you specifically want to take away
    from this valuable time.

    Communication
    At the appointed time of our scheduled session, you will call in at the number I will
    provide for you upon our agreement.

    Follow-up Communication
    After our  session, we will follow-up by e-mail to share any wins from your session
    time with me. I want to know what works as well as what does not. I am committed to
    serving you if even for a short one time meeting.

    Requests
    Please use this consultation with me to get a feel for and to determine whether or not
    I am the coach for you. I truly want the best possible fit for you as well as
    myself in such a co-creative relationship. No matter what your decision, please
    come prepared to take at least one enlightened step forward for yourself or for your
    business venture!
